Hello, my name is Brook Cunningham, and helping people has always been at the center of who I am - both personally and professionally.

I have been a nurse for 15 years, spending 10 of those years actively working in nursing, where compassion, trust, and clear communication were essential every day. Over the last five years, I expanded my professional experience as a business owner, running family-owned locations and focusing on exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and building meaningful relationships within my community.

Alongside my career, my husband and I have been actively involved in real estate investing for more than 10 years, buying, selling, and rehabbing both residential and commercial properties. From first-time home purchases to residential and commercial flips, I understand real estate from a hands-on, real-world perspective, not just as an agent, but as an investor.

This year, I made the exciting decision to fully commit to what I love most: real estate and serving others. I closed my businesses to focus 100% on helping clients navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives, and I couldn’t be more excited about this next chapter.

I’m known for “knowing no stranger.” I love connecting with people, listening to their goals, and using my experience, energy, and excellent customer service to truly go above and beyond.
